When to apply — intakes & deadlines by country

Most universities open more than one intake a year. Here are the main entry points for each destination, plus a recommended timeline so you never miss a deadline.

Sit your English test

Book and take IELTS or TOEFL, and start drafting your statement of purpose. Results are valid for two years.

6–8 months before

Apply to universities

Submit applications with your documents and references. We prepare and send everything, and chase offers.

4–6 months before

Accept your offer & scholarships

Choose your university, apply for scholarships, and pay any deposit to secure your place.

2–4 months before

Finances & visa

Set up your proof of funds (Sperrkonto, GIC, blocked account), gather documents, and submit your visa application.

2–4 weeks before

Accommodation & travel

Confirm housing, book flights, arrange insurance and airport pickup, and attend your pre-departure briefing.
