🎓 General

Yes. Our counselling, application support, scholarship matching and visa guidance are completely free for students. We are funded by the universities we partner with, so you never pay us a fee.
We currently place students in 11 destinations: the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Italy, Georgia and Malaysia. Not sure which fits you? Try our 60-second country match quiz.
We specialise in students across the Gulf and Egypt applying to bachelor's, master's, PhD, foundation and English-language programmes. Our counsellors understand the documents, grading systems and timelines specific to the region.
From first consultation to offer can be as fast as a few days for rolling-admission universities, or several weeks where committees review applications. Visas then take a few weeks more. We recommend starting 4–8 months before your intended intake.

💰 Costs & scholarships

It varies widely. Public universities in Germany charge €0 tuition (only a small semester fee); Italy starts around €900/year and Spain from about €1,500. The UK, USA, Canada and Australia are higher, typically €15,000–€40,000+. Living costs range from about $400/month in Georgia or Malaysia to over £2,000/month in London. Use our cost calculator for an estimate.
Yes — many. They include government awards such as Chevening (UK), DAAD (Germany), Stipendium Hungaricum (Hungary) and NAWA (Poland), plus university merit and need-based grants. We check every scholarship you qualify for at no cost. See our scholarships page.
In most destinations, yes. Typical limits are 20 hrs/week (UK, USA on-campus, Italy), 24 hrs/week (Canada), 30 hrs/week (Spain, Hungary) and 48 hrs/fortnight (Australia). Germany allows 140 full or 280 half days per year, and full-time students in Poland can work without a separate permit.
Most visas require you to show you can cover tuition and living costs. Examples: a German blocked account (Sperrkonto) of €11,904, a Canadian GIC of CA$20,635, the UK's £1,334/month (London) held for 28 days, and Spain's ~€600/month based on IPREM. We guide you on the exact amount, format and timing.

🛂 Visas

Yes — fully. We prepare your document file, guide your financial proof, complete forms (DS-160, CAS/I-20/CoE handling), book appointments, arrange insurance and coach you for the interview. Our visa approval rate is 96%. See visa support for requirements by country.
Refusals are uncommon when the file is prepared correctly, which is exactly what we focus on. If one happens, we review the reason, strengthen the application and reapply or appeal where possible — and explore alternative universities or intakes with you.
Georgia is among the simplest — citizens of 90+ countries enter visa-free for up to a year. Malaysia's Student Pass is handled by the university through EMGS before you travel. EU student visas (Spain, Italy, Poland, Hungary) are straightforward with the right documents.

📝 Applications

Usually your academic transcripts and certificates, passport, a personal statement or statement of purpose, a CV, English-test results, and reference letters. Requirements vary by course and country — we give you a tailored checklist and prepare everything with you.
We help you draft and refine it. The story has to be authentically yours, so we coach you through structure, content and tone, then polish the language so it reads professionally and persuasively.
Very likely, yes. Universities differ enormously in entry requirements, and foundation or pathway programmes exist specifically to bridge the gap. We match you to institutions where your profile is competitive and advise on routes that strengthen your application.
Most countries have a main September/October intake and many also offer a January/February intake. Some universities use rolling admissions and decide within days. We map the exact deadlines for your shortlist so nothing is missed.

📚 English & tests

For most English-taught degrees, yes — usually IELTS or TOEFL. Typical requirements are IELTS 6.0–6.5 for undergraduate and 6.5–7.0 for postgraduate, higher for medicine and law. Some universities accept other tests or offer waivers; we confirm what your specific course needs.
Sometimes. Options include universities that accept a Medium of Instruction letter, internal English tests, or an English-language pathway before your degree. We also help you prepare for IELTS — see IELTS preparation.
Yes. We place students at accredited language institutes — Kings, Bayswater, EF, Kaplan, EC, St Giles and more — across England, the USA, Australia, Canada, South Africa, the Philippines and Indonesia. See English courses.

🏠 Accommodation & arrival

Yes — homestay, student residence or a shared apartment, booked close to your campus and confirmed before you fly. We also arrange flights, airport pickup, insurance, and help you set up a bank account and SIM. See accommodation & arrival.
Yes, we can arrange an airport pickup so a driver meets you on arrival and takes you straight to your accommodation. We also give you a pre-departure briefing so day one feels familiar.
As a guide: Georgia and Malaysia from about $400–$700; Poland and Hungary around €450–€800; Spain and Italy €700–€1,100; Germany €890–€1,460 (Munich); the UK £800–£2,035 depending on the city. Your counsellor gives you an exact budget for your university.

🚀 After graduation

In most destinations, yes. The UK offers a 2-year Graduate Route (3 for PhD), Canada a PGWP of up to 3 years, Germany an 18-month job-seeker permit, Australia a 2–4 year graduate visa, and the USA up to 3 years of OPT for STEM graduates. Spain, Italy, Hungary and Poland offer 9–12 month job-search permits.
Canada is widely regarded as having one of the clearest study-to-PR pathways, with Australia and Germany also offering strong routes. Your counsellor can prioritise destinations based on your long-term goals.
We work with accredited, internationally recognised universities, and medical programmes we recommend (for example in Georgia and Hungary) are WHO-listed. We can also advise on home-country accreditation steps for regulated professions.
